As I am still familiarising myself with the different models of reflection this is a link I will refer back to.  It links me directly to three theories of reflection - Kolb, Gibbs, and Schon.  The models allow for practitioners to create a greater depth than the experience.  It is still important to consider pluses, minuses for each model.
