Serve 6 1/3c coconut flour 1/4c flax meal 2pitted dates 2t baking pwdr 1t cinn 1/4t nutmeg 1/4t sea salt 1/2banana 1c coconut milk 2eggs 1t vanilla extract 2t lemon juice &zest 3gr apples, cored, cut into six slices Preheat griddle, lightly grease w/coconut oil. Combine ingreds except apple in food processor & mix until fully combined. Pour batter in shallow bowl. Dip ring in batter &rub to fully cover. Transfer to preheated griddle & cook as you would pancakes
