Seeing an old Coca-Cola sign like this one at the Hob Nob Restaurant in Nashville, Indiana transports me back to my childhood in the 1950's. Signs like this were everywhere -- a "Coke" cost a nickel and came in that classic 6 1/2 ounce bottle. If you went to the local "drugstore", also known as "Hefty's", you could get Cherry Cokes, Chocolate Cokes, and Vanilla Cokes in a glass the shape of the one shown on the sign above, AND you had to have some peanut butter crackers to go with your Coke…
