My recipe | cheesy rice bake: 2 cups cooked rice (I used leftover takeout rice), 1 cup any cheese, 1 cup milk, 2 egg whites, chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. (I added some garlic powder and diced cheddar brats) the possibilities are endless! Bake at 350 for 35 min in a shallow greased glass baking dish. YUMM. Gluten free!
