Gazpacho by the Pioneer Woman. **I make this about once a summer. I think it's refreshing when it's really hot outside. We load it up with the avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and shrimp. I really like it; J tolerates it; the kids eat because they know I'm not making anything else. :) It is only good fresh- leftovers are not good.
