I used a patterned card for the background & added a snowy landscape strip to the side. I punched decorative corners in a piece of blue paper & overlapped it on the strip. I wrapped a decorative strip along the bottom, fastened 2 tags together with baker's twine, fixed the tags on foam pads & tucked the tree topper under the edge. I added a blue & white snowflake & clear gems, then mounted it all on a blue base card. I am entering this card in the C.R.A.F.T. challenge 'Winter'.
