You can add dried fruit, cinnamon, chocolate chips, whatever you love in your oatmeal. When you are ready to cook them, empty the packet into a bowl, add 3/4 cup of water or milk and microwave on high for 1 minute. Simple as that!

We have modified it a bit--  - No bell pepper (ew, why distract from the already so delicious??) - 1 shallot for up to 4 sweet potatoes - If shallot-less, sub with 1 clove minced garlic. - Cook until sweet potatoes are BROWNED, adding more oil periodically, before adding the kale at the end  Then ENJOY.
