The Flying Feather Gypsy Horse Club is a Colorado based equine club with the goal of simply enjoying the Gypsy Horses (aka Gypsy Cob, Irish Cob, Tinker Horse) with fellow enthusiasts and to educate others on this wonderful breed.
Irish Draught Horse, the national horse of Ireland. Light and elegant, it is a heavy warmblood; not a true draft. It is crossed with thoroughbreds to create Ireland's Olympic-level competition breed, the Irish Sport Horse, previously called Irish Hunter.
It is known that the Ardennes horses were found in Ancient Rome, and they were also used in the westwards campaigns of Napoleon in the 19th century. They also played an important role in the World Wars of the 20th century. Knights of old rode this horse.
Appaloosa is not a specific color, but is instead a horse breed. Some Appaloosas (rare) don't have any spots at all, but most have numerous spots all over their bodies. This Appaloosa is a striking example of the "leopard" pattern - large dark spots all over, on a light base coat.
