Buffalo Pretzels.... 12 cups Assorted Pretzels Butter, Melted (1 stick + 1 Tbs) One 1 Oz. Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Mix ½ tsp Celery Salt 2 Tbs Franks Red Hot Preheat oven to 250ºF cover large baking sheet w/ parchment paper Melt butter. Add ranch mix, celery salt and wing sauce. Mix with Pretzels. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Buffalo Chicken Nachos 1 chicken breast 3/4C buffalo sauce 1C chicken stock 1/2C black beans, rinsed and drained 1/3C celery, chopped 1 1/2C Monterey Jack cheese, shredded Tortilla chips Directions: Add chicken breast, 1/2 cup buffalo sauce and chicken stock to a small saucepan. Cook over medium/low heat. Shred chicken Toss with remaining 1/4 cup buffalo sauce.
