Homemade Lemon Meringue Pie: for Lemon Filling: 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 2 teasp lemon zest, 14 oz can condensed milk, 4 egg yolks. Whisk well. Pour into baked & cooled pie crust. Spread meringue on top of pie and bake for 12 - 15 min until golden brown. Cool completely before refrigerating.
