Vanilla Panna Cotta with Mango Gelee:: Gelee::3/4 c mango puree, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice,, 3 tbsp water, 1 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin powder. Sprinkle gelatin over the water & let sit for 5 min. Mix mango puree, sugar & lemon juice. Heat on medium-low heat. Stirring often, until sugar dissolves. Just before it starts boiling, add the gelatin mixture. Dissolve the gelatin-cool. Pour on top of the firm panna cotta. Chill for few hours-top with fresh fruits & serve.
