1934 - La Joie de Vivre (The Joy of Living) was made in France by Hector Hoppin and Anthony Gross where it was highly successful. Alexander Korda saw it and was vastly impressed. He brought the two men to England to work on H.G. Wells “Things to Come”.
sad poem #wow #newborn #angel #words ashes dedicated to Alice I have not known you, You so cute, you so tiny, Yours parents have loved you, cherished you, You so cute, you so tiny, You have opened your eyes on the world, You have breathed one hundred thousand seconds, We have hoped, prayed for you, for You to simply live, To experience la joie de vivre, With your brother, with the others, You left so quickly, so tiny, Your tiny body in ashes. Farewell Alice. See you soon up there.
