2. Spinal Twist. Lying on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on bed, spread your arms wide, then gently allow your knees to fall to one side. Rotate your head to face the opposite direction from your knees and hold for 10-20 seconds. (to increase the stretch, straighten lower leg by stretching your foot toward the foot of the bed.) Return to starting position and repeat on the other side. Roll onto your stomach and go on to Stretch #3, Child's Pose.
