My hair was this long, a few months ago. I could never get this sort of long, articulated waves. Instead, my hair would overreact and form big fat loose curls. So when I cut twenty inches off, I discovered (behold!) that my hair was actually genuinely curly, the entire time, and the only reason it looked straight was the amount of weight!

Waves influence every aspect of our lives – whether they are part of the electromagnetic spectrum (light, radio, heat), sonic vibration in the form of sound waves, or quiet ripples on the water. Italian artist Loris Cecchini is taking the form of those waves – and making them visible in his sculptural series Wallvave Vibration.
