The polished body with hinged lid engraved with monogram, an applied two-colored gold rose charm and applied monograms embellished with diamonds. Verso with applied nickname "Sema", garnished with diamonds and sapphire and with red cabochon thumbpiece. The interior engraved with a dedicatory inscription dated 1904.
