Somen Noodles with Baby Scallops and Vegetables. The sauce was tastier than I had anticipated. The flavors of fresh lime juice, soy sauce and a bit of spiciness combine to make this awesome! I used garlic chili sauce instead of sambal oelek and would recommend this switch. (Sambal oelek adds heat, but doesn't impact the flavor).
