The secret to creating a classic London dry gin is in the botanicals you add to it. Bimber Distillery only uses the very best. Juniper is of course among them, helping to create the familiar taste you’d associate with gin. We’ve also selected nine other botanicals to add to the four-time distilled wheat vodka used as the base.
