2 cup crushed pretzels 1 1/2 tbsp butter or melted 1/2 cup sugar Mix and place in 9x13 in pan Bake 350 degrees for 10 mins- cool 2 cup cool whip (1 sm container) 1 cup sugar 18 oz. cream cheese softened Mix and later over pretzels Mix 2, 3 oz. packets strawberry jello Mix with 2 cups hot pineapple juice Mix 2, 10 oz. packs of partially frozen thawed strawberries. Mix with jello & pour over cream cheese. Let sit until jello is fully done
PUMPKIN CRISP. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 15 ounce can of pumpkin,1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Sprinkle a box cake mix and chopped pecans over top. Pour one cup of melted butter. Bake for 60 minutes and top with whip cream. --Just what I need more reasons to love pumpkin.
