OK, here's my take: this is a seriously delicious vegetarian stew!! *WARNING*... unless you want to set your mouth on fire, cut the amount of cayenne in half (it will still be spicy). I double this so it serves plenty (leftovers) and I added an extra sweet potato, 2 extra cups of broth, & a whole bag of corn. PERFECTLY WONDERFUL!!
