This is Jackie’s actual engagement ring. She had it reset in 1962 and added marquise and round diamonds to the original Van Cleef and Arpels simple twin emerald and emerald-cut diamond. This is the correct ring- not the one so many websites show with a big emerald in the center and diamonds around it.
