The cave restaurant in Saskatoon has nothing on La Cave aux Fouées in France. There's still a troglodyte village in the Loire Valley where people live in cave houses (like this restaurant) because they stay the same temperature ALL YEAR ROUND! (Which is about 18 degrees Celsius). Good food and definitely a unique experience.
