Roasted Mushroom Medley  Ingredients: 2 lbs mushrooms, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1/2 Cup Olive Oil Salt & Pepper, 1 tsp fresh Rosemary, 1tsp 1 fresh Sage, 1/4 Cup fresh Parsley, 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar.  Directions:  Slice the mushrooms into pieces. Mix the olive oil with the garlic, herbs and seasonings. Add the mushrooms and mix well.  Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes at 350F.  Remove from the heat, and drizzle with the balsamic.

Place cut zucchini and garlic in ziplock, drizzle in enough olive oil to coat, sprinkle in some salt and pepper, a bit of crushed rosemary. Bake for 20-25 min Spoon into bowl; garnish with parmesan
