Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas. I used shredded cooked chicken, and seasoned it with onion powder, garlic powder, and a little seasoned salt. Added cheese to that. Then made recipe as instructed, except I put a little enchilada sauce on bottom of pan and on top of enchiladas. Then topped with sour cream sauce, but not all of it. I got 12 out if it, two pans. Excellent!
