Caramel Pecan Skillet Brownie - So yummy! Next time I'm going to use a bigger skillet because there was too much caramel that bubbled over during baking! I'm also going to substitute the unsweetened chocolate with semisweet chocolate chips. The brownie batter isnt super sweet and the unsweetened chocolate made it almost bland. I served mine with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
