Great small appetizer ideas - small grilled cheese with tomato soup shots, small shrimp cocktails, bacon wrapped scallops, individual mini portions of mac & cheese, fried mozarella sticks, mini reubens, shrimp on a stick, cheeseburger sliders, etc.
HoneyButter Pork Tenderloin-4 tbs butter, 2 tbs honey, 1 1/2 lbs pork tend., 1/2 tsp Tony’s, 1/2 tsp blk pepper, 3/4 cup water. In an ovenproof pot, heat butter &honey over medium heat til melted. Sprinkle pork tenderloin w/ Tony’s & blk pepper. Brown each side 5 mins. Lower heat if honey begins to burn. Place in 375 oven & roast for 15-20mins.Remove from oven, put pork on a plate &cover. Add water to pot &stir over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, til sauce thickens, pour over pork.
