Los Pastes son parecidos a las “empanadas”, la diferencia está en que la pasta es más fina. Esta receta se hizo famosa en la región minera de Pachuca. Los hay de frijoles con chorizo, papa con carne, mole rojo y verde, también hay con relleno dulce como los de arroz con leche o piña.
