High-tech architecture (1970s), Llyod's Building (London): Like Brutalism, these buildings reveal their structure on the outside as well as the inside, but with visual emphasis placed on the internal steel and/or concrete skeletal structure as opposed to exterior concrete walls.
This remarkable modern home was originally built in 1970 for Mr and Mrs Bernstein and was designed by Lawrence Allen Bernstein, the owner’s brother. L.A Bernstein is a Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin Fellow and has designed many modern homes and commercial buildings in California and abroad.
