Gluten free Easy Banana Bread. Use 1 large loaf or 2 small loaf pans. What you'll need... Yellow cake mix. 2 eggs. 3 over ripe bananas. 1/2-1 cup chocolate chips. ( I used 1/4 c white and 1/4 c chocolate chips ) I also added 1/2 c pecans. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray & lightly flour (gluten free)  Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
