• 2 tsp Coriander, ground
• 1 large bunch Coriander, fresh
• 1 tsp Ginger, ground

• 2 Eggs
Condiments
• 2 tsp Runny honey
Baking & Spices
• 275 g Plain flour
• 1 Salt
• 1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin, ground
Bread & Baked Goods
• 125 g I use a mix of half butter and half trex as i think this makes the lightest pastry, fat
