Ham, Spinach & Mushroom Quiche. Really good! Definitely going into regular rotation. Added onion and sauted them with the mushrooms in butter, added a minced garlic clove towards the end. Used two more eggs, baked in a deep dish pie shell. Did overflow a bit but I had covered my baking sheet with foil so no biggie. Definitely recommend.
