OK. I was vvveeerrrryyy leary of this but HOLY EGGS, BATMAN!! It was so good. Made without the parm cause we try not to do dairy & it was still awesome. Some of the eggs were runny & some of them were solid. Didn't matter. Who knew?!?! So good. Will be doing this alot. A little sausage & voila - breakfast for dinner. Alot.
