The Beelitz-Heilstätten medical complex, consisting of about 60 now abandoned buildings, was once the military hospital of the Imperial German Army, beginning with World War 1. I am incredibly fascinated with this historical location and would love to visit some day.

Anaheim Drive-in was the venue for huge sell-it-out-of-the-back-of-your-station-wagon "Swap Meets" when I was a kid. What a blast for kids who got dragged along! Great toys, skateboards, and other coveted stuff was on offer for a fraction of what it would cost at the store.
