This cheesy butternut squash pasta sauce makes a great alternative to macaroni and cheese. It's dairy free, super flavorful and doesn't even require a pot. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

• 1 Pinch Nutmeg
• 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric
Liquids
• 7 tbsp Pasta water
