This was the end result of my chicken miso soup last night  it was so filling it couldn't eat it all and for me that is crazy!! Recipe:  Heat some coconut oil in a large frying pan  and fry some chopped spring onions garlic ginger and chilli. Then add sliced chicken ( I used around 3 chicken steaks I had bought from lidl) and fried until the outside was all seared. I then added around 400ml chicken stock and two tsps of miso paste.
