Low Carb Beef Lo Mein: Cube steak, cut into strips, marinated in Ginger, Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce and Sesame oil. Cooked until tender, set aside. Mushrooms, green onions, garlic, and a handful of slaw mix (I was lazy) stir fried in sesame oil with a bit of soy sauce. Shiritaki noodles thrown in when the vegetables just lose their crispness. Stir fry together for 2 minutes. Toss the meat back in, stir fry until it is all nice and hot.
