marinate salmon in soy sauce, sesame oil, lime, rice wine vinegar, sherry,red pepper, grated garlic pod, grated ginger and cilantro, 30 minutes-1 hour on each side in fridge. preheat oven to 500, mix almond meal, sliced almonds, sesame seeds. roll fish in crumbs and press crumbs down. spray shallow baking dish with pam and put fish in. cook for about 15 minutes. really crispy and delish. no carbs.
