John Legend's Macaroni and Cheese - "I have made it dozens of times and I get so many requests for it. I like to assemble it the night before. That gives the liquid time to absorb into the noodles and I think it makes it taste even better"
Phat Thai. 'To make phat thai, thin rice noodles are fried with bits of tofu, dried shrimp, salted radish, shallots and egg, and seasoned with fish sauce, tamarind extract (and/or vinegar) and sugar. The fried noodles are then topped with ground peanuts, Chinese chives and beanshoots and are served with a slice of lime and a side of crunchy vegetables.' http://www.lonelyplanet.com/thailand
