Puzzle Pieces Like a puzzle being pulled apart, the Eternit AG exhibit at the 2008 Dach+Holz International expo lifted the lid on its new products and seemed to invite attendees into the booth to view a host of product-display stations. Red on the outside and white on the inside, the exhibit boldly used contrasting colors to attract attendees and reinforce the company’s corporate identity.
3M’s ‘lifelab’ pavilion at SXSW 2015. The pavilion not only showcases 3M’s line of products, but is created almost entirely out of them. The space has a fluid design with structural elements that act as ceiling, spatial partition, and display area simultaneously. 3M’s dichroic film–a thin-filter that creates highly saturated colors from light–turns the interior into a dynamic prism of kaleidoscopic colors. http://www.designboom.com/architecture/3m-lifelab-softlab-sxsw-03-26-2015/
