Poke sp and microwave them on high for 14 minutes. Once cooked, cut in half and scoop out centers into a bowl leaving a 1/4 inch border. Mix in 4Tb pbs, 3Tb butter, salt, 1/2t cinn until smooth. Scoop back in sp. Top: Combine 3Tb flour, 1/4t cinn, 1/4c pecans, 2Tb butter, 3Tbs pbs and mix together until butter starts to warm and ingredients start sticking together. Top the filled sweet potatoes with the streusel and bake 20-30 minutes
