This is unicorn toast, the newest brunch food trend. Started by food photographer and stylist Adeline Waugh, it’s basically normal toast with cream cheese which has been coloured in all sorts of pastel colours.
With winter on its way, eating light can easily start to feel less and less appealing, as our bodies crave a comforting bowl of warmth at the end of the day. But just because summer’s over doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a healthy salad – simply switch up your ingredients and preparation methods to create a more satisfying blend. It’s all about swapping out traditional raw produce for cooked elements to create a cold-weather alternative, which is as tasty as it is nutritious.
IF you can’t find the motivation to get to work on something, force yourself to pick it up for just two minutes. FORCE: procrastination is tempting, but there is nothing physically stopping you from doing what you have to do. After two minutes, if not, put it away and go do something else. Even if you stop after 2min minutes, you will have 2 min worth of knowledge that you did not have before. The hardest part is getting started.
