Chicken and Feta Burgers - Use chicken breast rather than ground chicken for a good quality burger. Chicken, oregano, red onion, garlic, feta cheese - throw in food processor, blend, put in fridge for 30 min - BBQ, grill, or fry.
Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs. (Grain/Gluten/Dairy Free)--I totally love this idea!! but these would have to be adapted to be low carb. I think it could easily be done though. I know there are biscuit recipes that would work (Satisfying Eats) and for the frosting I might try a cream cheese frosting.
