Crock Pot Tuscan Chicken & White Beans Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 can fire roasted tomatoes, with sauce 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 tsp dried basil Method: 1. Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with basil. 2. Place bell peppers, beans and tomatoes over the chicken evenly. 3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. 4. Serve with pasta or rice.

I have made this taco soup so many times (only with less water) so it's more of a chili.
