Cameron Diaz's Thigh Trimmer: Stand with feet hip-width apart, a dumbbell in each hand at chest. Squat. Rise to start. Step left into a side lunge, left leg bent at the knee, right leg straight. Shift weight to right foot; step left leg behind right in a curtsy (as shown). Repeat. Return to start. That's 1 rep. Aim for 2 sets of 15 with each leg.
