Andy's Chick-amole.  A high protein, low carb, low fat, post work-out meal/snack.  Combine 1 avacado with 12 oz. of chicken breast (use canned if you want), 1 slice of a large onion, diced, 1/2 diced jalapeno, 1/2 diced tomato, and the juice of one lime.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Eat by itself or with crackers/tortilla chips.  Approx. 210 calories.
