I LOVE crocheting squares. They are so versatile! You can use them to make simple coasters, entire blankets, pillowcases, lacy tops, bags, festive bunting.. anything! Until now though I’ve only been making crochet squares which are worked in the round. Easy to join together since they have a neat edging on each side. This time I’ve designed a square worked in rows, which is much easier for me to work a lace pattern in. I call these my ‘Filet Flower Squares’ – and I’m sharing the pattern…
