Then topped with: 2c. marshm. cream whipped w/ 5 T. butter and 2-3t. mint extr. and green food coloring, swirled on top w/ ziplock baggie, and then topped w/. a few choc. chips. yummy, moist, chocolatey, perfect party cupcakes!
