Cut chicken wire to shape n twist. More twists, more interesting. Tie one end of rope to c.w. in couple different spots. Throw other end over whatever you will be hanging it from, pull wire 4-5" above grd. Roll paper into cone shape. Stick smaller end of cone into one of the c.w. squares, cone should pop open to fit the whole and will stay in place. Continue adding paper cones until the chicken wire looks full (you do not have to fill each and every square, just eye it until it looks right).
