CRACK POTATOES  2 (16oz) tubs of Sour Cream  2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese  2 (3oz) Bags Bacon Bits  2 pkgs Ranch Dip mix  1 large bag (28-30oz) Shredded potatoes    Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended.
