It’s that time of year for FIGMENT, an annual event that combines imaginative art and a free participatory event into one gloriously fun festival. While there were more projects than we could wrap out heads around--from clouds made of PVC pipe to junkyard kaleidoscopes--the largest and most impressive work of art was Governor’s Cup; an enthralling canopy made up of over 25,000 reclaimed plastic cups created by CDR Studio.
