Paleo Breakfast Muffins. Banana, eggs, coconut oil, almond flour, shredded unsweetened coconut, honey, baking powder.  (I skipped the shredded coconut and put in raisins. Husband LOVED them. I even enjoyed them, which is odd b/c I hate banana. And coconut.)
